His elevation to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) rank was due in 2019, underscoring the trust and confidence placed in him by the state government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Shishir Singh’s close association with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made him a pivotal figure in the state’s administrative machinery. Adityanath’s full faith in Singh’s abilities has not only enabled the successful execution of critical state projects but also stirred internal jealousy among some bureaucrats.
