Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice his firm stance against the BJP’s influence in Maharashtra. In his statement, Yadav emphasized his party’s determination to protect Maharashtra from what he termed the “evil eye” of the BJP, accusing the ruling party of conspiring to destroy the state’s business interests. Yadav stressed that the Maharashtra unit of the Samajwadi Party, along with its allies, remains united in its goal to ensure the victory of the ‘India Alliance’ in upcoming elections and counter BJP-led policies, which he views as harmful to both the state and the nation.
