His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, concluded an official visit to the Republic of Costa Rica on 20 November and departed for Colombia’s capital, Bogota, to continue his diplomatic engagements in the region. During his visit to Costa Rica, HH the Amir held productive talks with President Rodrigo Chavez Robles.
