As the founding member of Home Finder, my journey into the Middle Eastern market began in 2015. I took on various roles across industries, allowing me to gain valuable insights that shaped the success of my company today. These experiences taught me the importance of long-term client relationships, especially in a vibrant market like the UAE. Today, Home Finder offers more than just lead generation—we now provide end-to-end real estate solutions, including business setup services, ensuring our clients achieve their goals seamlessly.
What inspired you to develop the idea of your company?
My vision for Home Finder emerged from the desire to bridge the gap in international real estate marketing, despite not coming from a business background or having a mentor. Through sheer dedication, I’ve been able to create a company that is now recognized for delivering international real estate roadshows. This drive also fueled the expansion of our services into Real Estate Business Setup, helping clients establish their ventures in Dubai with confidence.
How have your priorities in terms of business evolved since you first started?
When I first launched Home Finder, the focus was primarily on overseas real estate roadshows and lead generation. Over time, our clients’ needs evolved, and so did our offerings. Now, in addition to roadshows in major markets like Dubai, Delhi, and Singapore, we’ve expanded to provide Real Estate Business Setup services in Dubai. By offering a 360-degree solution for businesses entering the UAE market, we’ve positioned ourselves as a go-to partner for developers and businesses looking for comprehensive support.
What are the most challenging situations that your company overcomes?
One of our biggest challenges came when a strong competitor attempted to overshadow our market presence. Instead of retreating, we chose to expand our services, taking our clients to external markets through real estate roadshows and introducing business setup solutions. This not only allowed us to tap into new client bases but also strengthened our relationships with various businesses across industries. By diversifying our services, we turned adversity into an opportunity for growth.

What advice would you give to starting entrepreneurs?
My advice is simple: Never give up. Success doesn’t come overnight, and the journey is often filled with challenges. But with persistence, a strong vision, and the willingness to adapt—as we have done by expanding into the Real Estate Business Setup space—you can achieve incredible things.
