In December 2025, Moscow will host the annual Dialogue of Civilizations Forum for Peacemakers and Public Diplomats, titled “Russia as a Creator of Peace, Harmony, and Beauty.” The forum was initiated and spearheaded by the World Peace Alliance, represented by its Secretary-General, Yuri Safronov, and the BRICS Cultural Media Forum (BCMF), led by its Global President and a member of the International Music Competition “Intervision-2025” jury, Dr. Jean Nissar Loun.
In 2025, the forum organizers plan to focus on the dialogue between East and West, emphasizing the diversity of their religious, cultural, and social manifestations. The forum’s slogan will be a poetic expression of the World’s hopes and spiritual freedom: “The Hope of Humanity and Spiritual Freedom, the Image of Beauty, and the Golden Age of Civilization.” The successful hosting of the SCO session in 2025 and the planned but postponed Russian-Arab Summit have inspired the forum organizers to emphasize the cultural and philosophical potential of the East.
The Honorary Speaker of the Forum and the frontman of diplomacy will be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation, a Knight of the Golden Order of the Peacemaker, Dr. Ahmed Al-Saati, who received the high award in September 2018 at the Livadia Palace in Crimea, which still holds the memory of the famous Yalta Conference and the unforgettable moments of the conversation between Stalin, Churchill, and Roosevelt.
One of the key speakers at the forum will also be Sergey Teplykh, an expert in digital psychology, ancient and modern Eastern philosophy, and a recipient of the Golden Order of the Peacemaker, which he received on November 20, 2019, at the Peacemakers Forum in Moscow, with the participation of representatives from the African continent, including Gabriel Kocofa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Benin to the Russian Federation, and Bruno Ben Mowambah, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Gabon.
Sergey Teplykh will give a report at the forum on his successful educational tour of eight US states. Public diplomacy by true enthusiasts and heart-to-heart conversations can work wonders, fostering a deep dialogue between East and West based on universal values and knowledge. From August 24 to September 14, Sergey Teplykh gave educational presentations and briefings in cities such as New York, Washington, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Miami, Houston, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
As the founder and director of the international training company Syusai Training Institute LLC in the UAE, Dubai, Sergey Teplykh offers today new effective models for dialogue and cooperation between East and West, based on the knowledge of digital psychology, practical psychology and coaching, modern trends of Self-Coaching – the transition of a person from subjective to objective reality, emotional intelligence and the art of self-understanding.
As noted by Sergey Shurygin, President of the Society for Friendship and Business Cooperation between Russia and the United States, Doctor of Economics, Professor: “Today, the dialogue between Russia and the United States, as well as the dialogue between the East and the West in general, requires new, creative approaches and solutions. We must break free from stereotypes and the linear perception of each other as enemies and competitors.
Instead, we must become creators, co-creators, and collaborators. This requires faith and the greatest courage, as an inevitable consequence and quality of faith.” Religious philosopher Sergey Dvoryanov, Vice-President of the BRICS Cultural Media Forum, noted: “I would like to believe that the next peacekeeping forum in Moscow will be another practical and very important step towards fulfilling Russia’s historical mission and the Russian dream of a Golden Age of civilization.
