His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah recently paid a visit to the Supply and Catering Authority of the Ministry of Defense, underlining the leadership’s close attention to the day-to-day functioning of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces. He was accompanied by Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering, Major General Engineer Salah Saud Al-Azmi. During the visit, His Highness chaired a meeting with senior officials, where he conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. Both leaders expressed their appreciation for the hard work and commitment shown by members of the armed forces across all sectors.

The Prime Minister then toured several key facilities within the authority. Moving through warehouses storing military vehicles, equipment, and essential supplies, he also visited sections responsible for providing food to army personnel. The visit offered a practical look at how resources are managed and delivered to support troops effectively. Officials explained the systems used for storing and distributing supplies, highlighting efforts to improve efficiency and maintain high standards. They also briefed him on the safety and security measures in place to protect both materials and personnel. The visit reflected a hands-on approach by Kuwait’s leadership, showing their interest in ensuring that support systems behind the armed forces remain strong and reliable. It also reinforced the importance of logistics and planning in maintaining a well-prepared and capable military.
