Sheikh Fahd congratulated Major General Dr. Faisal Al-Mekrad, recently promoted to Director General of the General Department of Investigations at the Ministry of Interior, for earning the trust of the political leadership. He also commended Major General Talal Al-Roumi from the Kuwait Fire Force, who was promoted to Deputy Chief of the Fire Force. Both men were awarded and decorated for their leadership and service.
