For Manav Medav, business has never been just about profits or expansion. It has always been about purpose. While he first made his mark in hospitality, his journey has grown far beyond hotels and guest experiences. Today, he is expanding into advanced manufacturing, guided by eco-friendly and socially responsible practices. At the heart of his work lies a simple belief: success should not come at the cost of the environment or the community. For Manav, growth must be meaningful, responsible, and sustainable.
Manav comes from a family deeply rooted in education and real estate development in India. His family’s involvement in running an established school reflects their long-standing commitment to shaping young minds and giving back to society. Their real estate projects focus on thoughtful infrastructure and long-term development rather than short-term gains. Growing up in this environment naturally exposed him to entrepreneurial thinking. Yet, instead of relying on family legacy alone, Manav chose to build his own identity.
He wanted to test himself, to step beyond comfort, and to create something that carried his personal vision and effort. His entrepreneurial journey now spans Dubai, the United States, and India. In the UAE, he strengthened his hospitality presence while moving into manufacturing ventures designed with sustainability in mind. In the United States, particularly in New Jersey, he expanded into hotels, motels, and multiple gas station businesses, steadily building a diversified portfolio. Managing operations across continents is no small task.
It requires adaptability, cultural understanding, and sharp decision-making. Manav approaches these challenges with calm focus and long-term clarity rather than rushing toward rapid expansion. Despite handling businesses in multiple countries, he remains committed to learning. He is currently pursuing both an MBA and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Birmingham, Dubai. For him, education is not a formality, it is a responsibility. He believes leadership must be supported by knowledge, discipline, and continuous improvement.
His efforts have not gone unnoticed. At the India–UAE Progressive Summit 2025 in Dubai, he received the Golden Achiever, Young Entrepreneur Award for Hospitality & Real Estate Excellence. He was also recognized at the Global Image Awards 2025 under the patronage of the Office of H.H. Sheikha Salama Tahnoon Al Nahyan. Yet, those close to him say recognition has not changed him. He remains grounded, driven by hard work and faith.
Outside business, Manav enjoys travel, mountain and beach retreats, and has a passion for automobiles. He carries a deep interest in leadership and governance, reflecting both his upbringing and his ambitions. For Manav Medav, success is not just about numbers. It is about creating opportunities, contributing to society, and building a legacy defined by integrity and impact. His journey is still unfolding, but it is already a story of ambition guided by responsibility.
