Crown Prince Cup Final concludes in Kuwait as Al-Arabi SC lifts Championship Trophy

The final match of the Crown Prince Cup for the 2025–2026 season was held on May 18 at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium under the patronage and in the presence of Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. The match brought together leading officials, football personalities, and enthusiastic supporters for one of Kuwait’s biggest sporting events. Upon his arrival at the stadium, His Highness the Crown Prince was warmly received by Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of State for Youth Affairs Dr. Tariq Hamad Nasser Al-Jalahma, Kuwait Football Association President Sheikh Ahmad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, Kuwait Olympic Committee President Sheikh Fahad Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Sports Bashar Abdullah Al-Salem.

The highly anticipated final saw Kuwait SC face arch-rivals Al-Arabi SC in front of a large gathering of football fans and senior dignitaries. The event was also attended by top state officials, including the Prime Minister and President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation Dr. Adel Majed Bouresli. Following an exciting encounter, Al-Arabi SC emerged victorious to claim the coveted title. At the conclusion of the match, His Highness the Crown Prince personally presented the championship trophy to the winning team, marking a memorable evening for Kuwaiti football and its supporters.
