His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al‑Hamad Al‑Sabah, recently visited several military sites across the country in a show of support for the nation’s armed forces and their ongoing efforts to maintain security and stability. The visit was conducted in the presence of Kuwait’s Minister of Defense, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al‑Salem Al‑Sabah, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al‑Shuraiaan.

During the inspection tour, the Crown Prince reviewed the operational preparedness of various military units and received briefings from senior officers regarding current defense strategies and the readiness of troops stationed at key locations. The visit comes at a time when the wider region is experiencing rapid and sensitive developments, making vigilance and preparedness increasingly vital.

According to a statement issued by the Diwan, the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al‑Ahmad Al‑Jaber Al‑Sabah, who serves as the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. The Amir expressed pride in the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the country’s military and security institutions.

While addressing officers and personnel, the Crown Prince praised the “heroic and exceptional” role played by Kuwait’s armed forces and security agencies in safeguarding the nation and ensuring the safety of its citizens and residents. He highlighted that their commitment, discipline, and continuous readiness remain essential pillars of Kuwait’s national defense.

His Highness also emphasized the importance of maintaining a high level of preparedness and coordination among all military and security bodies, particularly during times of regional uncertainty. He commended the sacrifices and unwavering dedication of service members who stand ready to defend the nation at all times. The visit reflects Kuwait’s continued focus on strengthening its defense capabilities and supporting the men and women who serve in its armed forces, reinforcing national unity and resilience in the face of evolving regional challenges.
