ALSAYER Group has been recognized by the Kuwait Society for Human Rights for its strong commitment to promoting and protecting workers’ rights and fostering a safe, fair and respectful workplace. The recognition highlights the Group’s continued efforts to uphold high standards of employee welfare, responsible employment and ethical business practices.

The award was presented during a recognition ceremony held on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the headquarters of the Kuwait Society for Human Rights. The event brought together senior government officials, representatives from the Ministry of Public Works, the Public Authority for Manpower, and several organizations dedicated to advancing labor rights and workplace excellence in Kuwait.

The recognition follows an independent survey conducted by the Kuwait Society for Human Rights as part of its ongoing efforts to promote a culture of human rights and strengthen support for workers across the country. The survey evaluated companies on their adherence to decent work standards and their commitment to respecting the fundamental rights and dignity of employees.

According to the Society’s findings, ALSAYER Group stood out for providing a safe and equitable working environment, respecting the dignity of every employee, complying with labor laws and regulations, and implementing responsible workplace practices. These efforts contribute significantly to employee well-being, job stability and sustainable organizational growth.

The recognition reflects ALSAYER Group’s longstanding commitment to building a workplace based on integrity, inclusion, respect and responsibility. The Group considers its employees central to its continued success and places strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of employee welfare and professional development. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bader Faisal Al-Sayer, Senior Manager of Advertising and Promotion for Toyota, said that sustainable success begins with empowering people.

“At ALSAYER Group, we believe that sustainable success begins with empowering our people. By cultivating an environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and respected, we strengthen our ability to innovate, grow, and contribute positively to the communities we serve,” he said. Mr. Bader Faisal Al-Sayer also expressed sincere appreciation to the Kuwait Society for Human Rights for the recognition, describing it as both an honor and a motivation for the Group to continue strengthening its workplace practices.

The recognition reinforces ALSAYER Group’s commitment to responsible employment and human rights while reflecting its broader vision of organizational excellence. By placing employee dignity, safety and well-being at the center of its workplace policies, the Group continues to demonstrate that respect for people is an essential foundation for sustainable business success.
