Lucknow: In a deeply moving act of kindness, Mohammad Rehan, a young Software Engineer living in the UAE, reached out to 11 orphan children with a generous helping hand on May 27. Representing Aaghaz Foundation, Rehan distributed scholarship cheques amounting to Rs 60,000 among the deserving students. The heart-touching programme was held at the foundation’s office near Takiya Wali Masjid, Paper Mill Crossing, Nishatganj.

What made the occasion even more emotional was the presence of children who had lost their parents in the tragic Vikas Nagar incident. Their innocent faces lit up as they received the support that will help them continue their education. Tariq Khan, Secretary of Aaghaz Foundation, was present during the distribution. Parents of the children, many of them fighting back tears, attended the event and expressed their profound gratitude.

Mohammad Rehan said, “these children have already faced so much pain in life. If we can ease their struggles even a little and help them chase their dreams, it’s more than worth it.” Through this noble gesture, Aaghaz Foundation once again reminded us that compassion knows no borders. Small acts of kindness like these are quietly changing lives and restoring faith in humanity.
