A traveler arrived seeking entry into the country, presenting what appeared to be a Kuwaiti emergency entry document, a document issued exclusively to Kuwaiti citizens under special circumstances. Al-Mutairi’s diligence became evident during the biometric fingerprint verification process. The system revealed discrepancies that raised immediate red flags.
